Convert Nepali symbol markup to Unicode

Introduction

This tool is useful in converting Nepali Symbol fonts like Preeti to standard Unicode. Some Word and PDF documents contain Nepali text which uses a special fonts that display latin characters as Indic script. When pasting these into a text editor or program without this font the text may appear as something like "k|lt––rqmLo ljQLo gLlt"
